BJJ X Yoga is family owned and operated. After we discovered we were having our second child we decided to follow our dreams of opening up a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy and Yoga Studio. Head Jiu Jitsu Instructor Jeff Yumul is a well esteemed black belt under Pete the Greek of Chicago. Head Yoga Instructor Deanna received her RYT 200 hr certification from the highly regarded Chicago School of Yoga.
