What age can children start Taekwondo training?
Our Little Tigers program accepts students as young as 4 years old, with specialized instruction focusing on basic techniques and character development.
Do I need prior martial arts experience to join?
No prior experience is required. We provide personalized onboarding lessons for new students to learn fundamental techniques and school expectations.
What should I wear for my first class?
New students receive a traditional Dobok uniform and belt. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing to the initial observation class before receiving official gear.

Kim's Taekwondo Center is a wonderful place to study Taekwondo in a fun, professional, and inclusive manner. The instructors are well-known and experienced and are great at helping students of all levels succeed. The school has helped me to build confidence as well as to grow physically and mentally. Both the students and the instructors alike are friendly and supportive making this a great place for families and adults of all ages. I would highly recommend this school whether you are just starting out or are experienced and wanting to take your Taekwondo to the next level.

Our three boys joined in December and have really enjoyed learning TKD. Classes are well structured and provide good variation in activities to learn the skills taught by Master Kim. As a Matial Arts beginner, Ive loved my experience at Kims Taekwondo. The instruction is top notch and the facilities have everything to make a newbie or black belt feel welcome. Best Taekwondo school in the state!
