Our bodies are always adapting. Not just in our workouts, but as we move throughout the day. Every move we make, even in those simple everyday activities, our body is determining how to make that movement the most efficient. It's incredibly important to understand how to move correctly and consciously.

Here's a couple videos on some basics of exercise that I feel are super important to integrate into most any exercise program. Yup, we repeat the dynamic warmup series three times, stepping up the intensity each time. 45min of Foam Rolling! Yup. Dedicated an entire workout session to just foam rolling, with a touch of stretching at the end. Don't skip on this. Don't sleep on this. These slower moves are crucial for building and maintaining a stable foundation for your fitness.
