Jessica Lysse is an on-location, natural light photographer based in Greensboro, NC. In her home studio, she uses a mixture of natural light and studio light. She specializes in creating and capturing candid family moments as well as timeless newborn portraits and serves Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas- High Point, Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Summerfield, Oak Ridge.

For as long as I can remember, I have had a camera with me. I took it with me on all of my trips and vacations. I was fortunate to travel a lot with my church youth group in middle school and high school, and my parents always sent me with a camera and a few rolls of film. I use my camera much more now that I have children and it seems that our lives are flying by.

My Style

My photographic style comes from a mixture of how I was raised and who I have grown to be. I grew up in a very modern home with lots of white, gray, clean lines and simplicity. I absolutely love this style, but I have a shabby chic side to me as well. I love soft light, muted colors, natural materials and to be comfortable and cozy.

Children/Family/Maternity sessions are done on location around Greensboro, NC or the Triad area. Sessions last about 1 hour. Your session will be relaxing and full of fun and games to get you all interacting with each other. There is nothing quite like a genuine smile or laugh and it's my goal to get those out of everyone.
