I was sent to Dr. Hen from Dr Pearl, I was looking to get a denture and was told by Dr. Pearl that there was no way to get a denture due to my gums had recded, He sent me to Dr Hen, who is a Periodontics, I called to make sure they took Delta Dental Insurance I was told yes we do. I went and they did a ct scan of my mouth and told me I'd need surgery and 4 implants so they could connect a denture, Well I believed that they took my Dental insurance, I paid upfront. I called my insurance company and they said no claim's were ever submitted. I put a grievance in and a month later the claim from Dr

He is a fantastic doctor. I had a recent gum graft and the work was much better than another highly respected doctor that previously did a gum graft in the same area. I was so comfortable with the doctor that I immediately went back to him for the lip stabilization procedure to replace the botox that I was getting to hide my gummy smile. I am still in recovery, but it is clear that the surgery was successful.
