
The owner, Mickey Martin, has been in the food service industry for his entire career spanning over 30 years. Mickey has a diverse background of experience having lived in St. Thomas, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, and Smith Mountain Lake while working his way up from being a restaurant server, bartender, food and beverage manager, and ultimately Country Club General Manager.
Deciding it was time to go out on his own, he wanted to combine the best parts of all the places he's been. His vision to create a place for friends, family and neighbors to hang out with a glass of wine or cold beer and have a great meal has been brought to life in The Copper Kettle Co. Mickey recruited the incredibly talented Chef Sonny DiPaula from the Waterfront Country Club to be his executive chef.

Jumbo chicken wings and drumettes with hot, medium, or mild buffalo sauce, or sweet and savory southwestern dry rub. Served with Bleu cheese or Ranch dressing. A large portion of hot-crispy French fries drizzled with olive oil, and seasoned with garlic, shaved Parmesan, salt and pepper. Chef's selection of premium cheeses and meats served with crackers, grapes, whole grain mustard, and preserves.
