Kathleen "Katie" Seimomt is by far one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. She not only gets the job done but does it in a professional yet personable way. Run!!!! Poor communication and hardly saw my attorney in over 3 years, about 5 times in total. Tried to get me to settle for thousands less than I eventually did receive only because I refused to settle when he previously thought I should. I felt he was not totally aware of the information within my case file, as questions were asked and their seemed to be conflicts. I didn't trust him to do a good job for me and felt stuck. Seemed to need to advocate for myself throughout my case. I settled when I felt I wanted to although feeling that if better represented I could have gotten a larger settlement
