My philosophy and approach to counseling and coaching are based on my own personal spiritual journey. After numerous years of learning and being this is my spiritual path. My role and approach to healing and diagnosis is a combination of Western and Eastern practices and techniques. Specifically, to heal me I've studied several spiritual teachings and practices along the way in my own spiritual path.
