They are seeking an alternative to typical medical measures in regaining and/or maintaining health. We think of ourselves as a whole-family Chiropractic office. We see moms & dads and lots of kids. If you're not a mom or dad, don't let that deter you from coming in, however: We have plenty of you here too.

The chiropractic adjustment is all about reducing stress on your Nerve System so that the body can balance and heal. It's important to us that you feel comfortable during your adjustments. For this reason, we employ a variety of techniques-both hands-on and instrument-based. Children are adjusted via Torque Release Technique (TRT) evaluation and adjusting protocols, and by using an instrument called the Integrator.

I'm a mom and business owner, originally from Western NY, and I love the Roanoke community and its beautiful mountains. I also really love helping people be well. I earned my professional degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and have continued post-graduate work in pediatrics, nutrition, and functional medicine.

We receive a lot of questions regarding insurance and we try to help you with answers to the best of our ability. Since this is a contract between you and your insurance company, we only have access to limited information. If you're not sure of the answer to one or any of these questions, you'll find the phone number for your member benefits on your insurance card, usually on the reverse side.
