Originally from South Florida, Donna moved to Incline Village in 1990 to raise her family near beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Tom G. de Bruin, DDS, was born and raised in Livermore, CA, and is a second-generation dentist. He received his bachelor's degree in biology and chemistry from CSU Sacramento and is a graduate of the highly regarded program at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco.
He maintains professional membership in the American Dental Association, Nevada Dental Association, Northern Nevada Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry.Because he is passionate about perfecting beautiful smiles, Dr. de Bruin invests extensive time each year in ongoing education so he can help you achieve the smile of a lifetime with the best, most comfortable techniques possible.

Why do I grind and clench my teeth? There can be several reasons someone may grind and clench their teeth. Many people think that is due to stress. Stress can exacerbate the problem; however, it is not the underlying cause. A bad bite (malocclusion), improper joint and facial muscle positions, and breathing problems are all associated with clenching and grinding.
