Pros:
- the location is amazing. We had one of the best apartments in the complex that had large windows that looked out over a field, and it was lovely to wake up and see the sunrise every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed all the surrounding neighborhoods and trails that are great for taking walks. Its also extremely convenient that you can walk to Walmart if needed.
- maintenance was always kind and prompt. Dealing with maintenance is always kind of a headache, but the people we encountered were always professional and friendly.

I lived here for four and a half years, and it was a good experience overall. Its neat how it is within the Saratoga neighborhood; so when you drive in through the Saratoga Parkway entrance, its grand and impressive. I had friendly neighbors for the most part and the maintenance staff was very helpful with anything I needed. I also loved that the Vandalia trail backs up to the neighborhood. It was a safe, comfortable and calm place to live. It is a little expensive for living on the edge of Plainfield, but to me it seemed like the best option for a somewhat affordable and nice apartment in

The staff at Saratoga crossing apartments is very friendly. The maintenance crew is the best! When you enter a request for help, they are quick to respond with a smile on their faces. Large bedrooms and bathrooms.

Over all the apartment is great I really have no complaints about this place. There are great appliances in the kitchen as well as having a washer and dryer in the apartment is great. The only things I would change is the shower heads make it feel like Im taking a shower in a cheap hotel and the hot water doesnt seem to get as hot as other places Ive stayed. Other than those to small things this place is amazing!
