Claire is an exceptional realtor. We looked at just a few houses with Claire when we found the perfect lot in our desired neighborhood and decided to build. Claire helped us work with the builder to nail down the details of the purchase agreement. Claire definitely knows her stuff! She helped me find exactly the type of home I was looking for in a very tight market, and definitely went above and beyond what any agent I have worked with in the past has done to make it happen. Claire Bastien was helpful, informative, supportive, and just a wonderful person to work for with buying our house.
