The owner, Laya, helped me through the entire insurance claim process and assisted me with filing the claim. I needed to have some repairs done to the chimney before they could do the roof and she knew someone that could help me with the repairs and set it up for me. She made the process less stressful for me. She's responsive and honest which is hard to find a roofer that isn't shady. I also was impressed with the fact that she's a woman owned business and she knows her stuff..

Family Roofing has completed several residential roofing projects for me in the Denver metro area over the past few years. Most were a result of hail storms. Each time, they have exceeded expectations by handling the entire roofing project start to finish, including meeting insurance adjusters at the site and negotiating with my insurance company if the claim came in short of the actual work required to complete the job. They have also made my life easier by handling gutter replacements as needed and even worked with a siding contractor to repair/replace damaged siding due to a particularly catastrophic
