We don't charge any miscellaneous fees other than commission costs. We also, don't accept any kickbacks from lenders, home inspectors, title companies, insurance agents, etc.

Our Team

Bill is a lifelong area resident, teacher, coach, and father of four. He holds a Bachelors and a Master's degree in Education from Eastern Michigan University and Central MIchigan University respectively. Bill has taught for over 20 years, as well as coached several sports teams and has always been involved with his kids' athletic and academic activities.
