Was looking forward to having my hair cut and get a light brown balayage after 2 years of not going to a salon bc of Covid. Scheduled an appt with Michelle (Decatur) at 10:30am Sat. Got to the salon at 10:15am. 11:00am roles by, there are two women chatting at the front desk, no one bothers to say peep. 11:15 roles bc, now 45 min late. Michelle was cutting a guys hair this whole time, and finally they're done and the guy walks up to the desk with an upset look n his face. I look at his hair and I understand why. Megan is always so helpful in guiding me what would look good and whats healthy for my hair! Megans energy is also a huge plus when coming in, its a therapy session and a hair appointment all in one!
