Quality of the building has definitely improved since Betzy has gotten here. For e.g. the entrance looks cute and clean for fall with fall decor and building matters are very quickly attended to.

DON'T BOTHER TO RENT THIS PLACE! For your own sanity and safety! But I don't understand why the building owner decideds to use LATCH. An access to all entry points to the building including your own apartment. I mean what if you lost your phone, or batteries died. Or the app malfunctions? It happened to me without even knowing that my door was not locked for god knows how long... (its supposed to be auto locked when you shut the door)
Then the lock was just broken when I stepped out and came back to pick up a mask, I was locked out my apartment with a small child and dogs frantically

I am currently in the process of moving to Meridia Park Ave and so far my experience have been stellar!!! Flo is amazing!!! Every question I ask she's on top of it. So far so good... I will revert back with update at a later time!!
