This is a low-income apartment complex, so the people around aren't the greatest. Aside from that, I spent four years here and it wasn't bad once I moved to another unit to avoid some noisy, drunk neighbors. Units are affordable but also worn down. Property owners were very nice.

They won't fix anything you ask them too. They have a million excuses not to fix it or that the other tenants cause problems. I wouldn't send a rat to live in this place.

They are always having hot water issues in the Manor. When confronting the mgmt to see if they will adjust it on your rent they dont. They are money hungry as rent goes up every year. They don't want to replace the water lines that they are having issues with nor do they have parts on hand when the hot water tank goes down. been 5 days without hot water and expecting to be two more. Can't wait to move out!!!

I have lived there for almost a year. The sweetest girls in the office. The apartment is just wonderful lots of space, nice parking, lighting is great outside. Cost a little more but you pay for what you get. I love living there. Very safe environment. Neighbors are very friendly.

Worst place I ever rented!!! Very bad management!!! Very expensive. There’s Moises in the apartments and in between walls!! They will not let you move with out cleaning perfect your apartment and charge you for anything.. my neighbors move out and had carpet they charged them to change the carpet for a new one and instead they put brand new tile for the next tenets!!!

Comes into apartments with out permission even though the paperwork says they can't unless you have PTE that includes inspections! Worst management ever, over priced, pool is always dirty. Do not recommend these apartments.

Terrible management. Give 8 hour windows for when they will show up to do something like an inspection. Took day off so I could be there and they never showed. Didn't even call to say time changed just didn't show. Had a ceiling leak over a weekend that they looked at on Saturday, but didn't come back to stop the leak till the following… Tuesday, which it was coming from the tub so was without shower for three days. Maintenance will come to work on apartment and leave a mess. Still have hand print on wall even after complaining. Not to mention the fence I gave up on asking them to fix. The

Absolutely ridiculous. Over priced, rude landlords, and their maintenance crew band aid fixes everything. Wanting to charge me for normal wear and tear upon move out. Their lease states a few specifics and I have noted the times they have gone against these one being coming into my apartment without my permission in a non emergency. They are very discriminatory towards young adults. I would highly recommend never coming here. The apartment itself is absolutely amazing but the terrible management doesn't it make it the slightest bit worth it!

Management and maintenance has no problem violating their lease but will create situations to give you notice that you have?! Absolutely garbage. Also left things broken the entire term of my girlfriends lease. Garbage

Loud and unsavory neighbors. Pets running wild around complex. Drug busts happen frequently without tenant immediate eviction. Massive infestation and management not acknowledging after multiple complaints. Plumping and appliances not up to date with code due to management penny pinching methods. Complaining to management about any of the above results in expulsion from tenancy. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Needs better management. Enough said.

Beautiful apartment complex. New management is great. The brand new apartments they just built are now ready and the pool was just renovated. Great place to live!
