I have lived here for about five years. Yes, there has been management turnover but so what? Jonathan and Melinda are very nice, courteous. The pool is beautiful and always very clean and well-maintained. And they just got new pool furniture which is very nice. The interior furniture of the office building is lovely, you can tell it was designed by a professional interior decorator. I can't really comment on the movie room as I have never used it personally but I remember it was nice. You can watch a movie there or borrow one to watch at home. Also, they have a business room but again, I can't

The apartment complex will not tell you about the construction. Its all night long and its loud. You will not get any sleep.

Mr.John was one of the better property managers there. Third floor is a pain when having to park far AND walk the stairs. No overhead or ceiling lights. But overall our apartment was nice.

This place is overpriced and the management is terrible. We have been here since March, and can't wait to move out! The appliances are outdated, carpet is terrible and stains very easily, the walls are painted with cheap satin paint that shows every fingerprint. The screen on the sliding door keeps falling off and nobody in the staff will fix it properly! Do not rent here!!! You will hate it!

Quarters staff is remarkable..Problems are taken care of immediately and Nate and Nick along with the office staff are professional and patient..The apts are immaculate and grounds the best I've ever seen..They deal with alot and handle it well..I love it here...
