The following criteria apply: A monthly pet rent of $65.00 for a dog up to 80 lbs (two per apartment) and $35.00 for a cat (two per apartment). We do not allow Pitbulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Cane Carso, Bull Terrier, American Bully, Argentine Dogo or Rottweilers.
