Professional Massage Therapy in Burlington, VT
At Lakeside Massage and Bodywork, I combine scientific knowledge with intuitive, holistic care to help clients achieve lasting relief from pain and tension. Since beginning my journey in therapeutic massage in 2009, I have pursued advanced training in myofascial release and craniosacral therapy, complemented by my 2018 Associate's degree in Physical Therapy. My approach prioritizes deep nervous system regulation through gentle, non-invasive techniques that honor each client's unique needs. I maintain rigorous professional standards through ongoing education, including specialized coursework in fascial anatomy and therapeutic presence.By integrating targeted manual therapy with compassionate attention to emotional well-being, I create personalized treatment plans that address both physical symptoms and underlying systemic patterns. My practice reflects 15+ years of focused experience in musculoskeletal health, with particular expertise in trauma recovery, postural alignment, and prenatal support.

Brooke's skill with massage therapy is both exemplary and compassionate. She's extremely gentle yet 'gets to the deep stuff' to unwind decades-old-knots. I'm a massage therapist and Brooke is often who I go to for my own holistic care.

I have never written a review in my life but I feel compelled to do so for Brooke. I just had my first massage with her and it was by far the greatest massage I have ever had. As a physical therapist, it was VERY evident, just by her touch, that she is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate about her work. I highly recommend you visit her whenever possible. (I had my visit with her in the midst of the pandemic and felt very safe about the precautions she is taking.)
