We hold strictly to a 24 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is missed or cancelled less than 24 hours before the service begins, Spoke & Weal will charge the full service price to the credit card on file. If you would like to make up the appointment we will credit the missed-appointment total towards a service with the same stylist or same colorist within 7 days of the original appointment time.
