Just had someone come out after they had work done after they charged us an arm and a leg. Called the front desk people not only were they rude they were very dismissive of our concerns. They only offer a one-year warranty on the work they do when most companies offer a five year warranty. For your own sake please steer clear of this company and know they overcharge and do bad business. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Just be careful

I was originally very pleased with the work that flow plumbing did as they seemed nice and honeest. Now, 5 years later, the pipes that I paid $20k to replace are leaking due to the fittings that they used and they refuse to do anything about it. They only have a 1 year warranty on their work vs. the 5 years that other companies offer. That should be an indicator of their work.

I am very disappointed in the service I received and the way I was treated on the phone. I had an issue with my sink and toilet. Flow Plumbing came and cleaned the sink and snaked the toilet. A week later my shower flooded. I had not had any issues in the 2.5 years I lived there, and it went from draining fine to not draining at all and having stagnant water. I called to have Flow plumbing back out to fix it and I explained to the receptionist that I am 99% sure the shower clog was caused by the toilet snake. She said they weren't related at all and it wasn't their fault. I asked for

So many issues with them- not sure how they got voted a top choice by anyone. Constantly changed crews and none of the crews could be bothered to arrive before 10am. By the time prep was done and they were actually ready to work, it was 10:30. And of course, they stopped work at 3:30 to leave at 4p, all while taking a long lunch in the middle. And I got pushback about wanting an invoice for the exact work being done. And they jackhammered in the wrong room of my house, ironic after wanting that invoice. This company is recommended by my plumber for the job he cannot perform.
Arrived on time. Nice CSR over the phone. Field workers are fairly good, prompt and efficient. If it is not because they forgot to put the clean-out cap on when they left, I would give them 5 stars.
