Structural Assessment
Structural Assessment identifies musculoskeletal imbalances through comprehensive evaluation of skeletal, muscular, and neurological systems. This diagnostic process pinpoints specific areas requiring intervention to correct postural asymmetries and movement dysfunctions. Clients receive customized correction programs combining stretching, strengthening, and balancing exercises tailored to address individual biomechanical needs.
Therapeutic Massage
Targeted therapeutic massage techniques address chronic pain, sports injuries, and soft tissue restrictions through specialized modalities. Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Traditional Thai approaches work synergistically to improve circulation, release muscle tension, and restore functional mobility. Each session integrates manual therapy with client education about tissue response and recovery processes.
Muscle Release Therapy
Muscle Release Therapy addresses localized tension points and myofascial restrictions through precise manual pressure techniques. This targeted approach alleviates pain patterns caused by repetitive strain, postural stress, or acute injuries. Combined with movement education, it restores optimal muscle function and prevents recurrence of tension-related disorders.
Active Isolated Stretching
Active Isolated Stretching employs dynamic stretching protocols to improve flexibility and joint range of motion. This technique safely elongates muscle fibers through repetition-based movements held for two seconds, preventing protective muscle contraction. Designed to enhance athletic performance and accelerate post-injury rehabilitation through scientifically validated stretching principles.
Sports Recovery Therapy
Sports Recovery Therapy combines structural analysis with performance-specific interventions for competitive athletes. This service addresses sports-related injuries, movement inefficiencies, and post-event recovery needs through integrated bodywork and corrective exercises. Developed through years of experience supporting Olympic athletes and professional cycling teams to optimize athletic performance and prevent recurring injuries.

Chris helped address many minor athletic limitations from some overuse through a combo of massage, movement, and mechanics (and helpful training advice). His treatments have eased aches and increased my range of motion. Huge help to my knees, thoracic spine and shoulders. I also learn a lot with every visit.

Great customer service and personal skills. Advertisement talks about "deep tissue," work but it wasn't really close to any deep tissue work. Mild at best. Also wanted to focus on upper shoulders and neck mainly but time taken away towards legs and arms. Headache, shoulder pain about the same after leaving and the rest of the week. Super nice but not really deep tissue work being done.

No "fluff and buff" massage from Chris. He does focused bodywork to relieve pain and get muscles firing again.

After trying a myriad of other therapies, I finally found Chris and am thrilled! He is an amazing Healer. I highly anticipate his treatments for I know I will leave pain-free and feeling strong. In addition, he gives me customized exercises I can do at home to prolong the benefit of his work. His technique is gentle and amazingly effective. It is in great appreciation that I write this.
