I appreciate this clinic, great experiences so far with 2 dogs. I find them professional, kind, understanding of financial limits. They charge what they say they will, no hidden charge nonsense. Strong positive experience a with Dr. Huang and support team.

We can't say enough nice things about this place. We started taking our dog there about 5 years ago after not being satisfied with our other vet. Dr. Joyce became our vet and we couldn't have been happier. He worked with us and our dog thru several different issues. Always followed up and even made calls to us at the end to check on him. Everyone there was nothing but professional. We had Toby put down a little over a week ago. We can't say enough about how they handled it and treated us with so much respect thru this difficult time. If we could give Dr. Joyce and the whole staff more than 5 stars

From what I know, the Shorewood Animal Hospital mainly cares for only dogs and cats. My hamster passed away earlier this year and I called multiple places to see if they would help me cremate her. The staff at the Shorewood Animal hospital were all very kind, reliable and understanding--I was able to get her in the same day. I received her ashes in a timely manner, and even received a small clay keepsake of her pawprints. I really appreciate all that the staff here do! Thank you so much!

I have had nothing but great experiences here. The team is fun, kind and patient. From my neurotic questions as a first-time cat owner, to the regular vaccination appointment and check-ups, they have been wonderful. I feel more confident and prepared to give my cats the best life, and I know they are all about it, too!

The vets and vet techs are quite good at their jobs. All the staff are super friendly. We see Dr. Joyce the most and love how thorough he is. I think the thing I appreciate the most is how promptly they return calls, seemingly always on the same day. Highly recommend.
