We are in unprecedented times currently, but your mental health should not have to wait. With new information about how to keep safe and many places, we all frequented are closed. Central Counseling Services wanted to provide you with some options in keeping your mental wellness a top priority. We offer Telehealth or also called telemedicine counseling sessions.

In addition to individual, couples and family counseling offered seven days a week we also offer a variety of services to meet the needs of our community. Adult Congregate Living Facilitator (Elder planning): We provide an understanding of the humanly needs for end of life. Grief and Loss Therapy: We know grief and our certified grief therapist can help you walk through you losses.

We help people manage stress, anxiety and depression that comes from living our busy lives. We take a holistic view of your life and together we sort out your goals and what you want from therapy. We look at many aspects of your life to develop a comprehensive treatment plan. We take into consideration your life experiences, both your physical and mental health, relationships, career, and spirituality.
Children's Therapy

Kids struggle for a variety of reasons including life or family changes, struggles at school, learning problems, divorce, grief, loss of a pet or many other reasons. Kids can often act out and display behavioral problems and when you ask them "why are you acting like this?" they simply can't tell you!
Victims Of Crime

Have you been a victim of a crime? We are here to help you work through the trauma and help get you back to feeling like you again. We know how disorienting you can feel after you have experienced a crime. You may feel scared, helpless, fearful, angry, betrayed. You may also have other feelings like shame, guilt or profound sadness.
