Home health is a physician-ordered service designed to enable patients to maximize their ability to function safely at home by teaching patients and their caregivers how to provide effective, appropriate care. When the ostomy presents pouching problems, special products are often needed to avoid expensive and frequent changes and the devastating emotional turmoil that accompanies a frequently leaking pouch.Our W.O.C.N (Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurses) are specially trained to deal with these challenging issues.

Low vision is a visual impairment, not corrected by standard eyeglasses, contact lenses, medication, or surgery, that interferes with the ability to perform everyday activities. The program is provided by a licensed occupational therapist and focuses on enabling people with low vision to safely and independently complete activities of daily living by teaching them to use their remaining vision efficiently within their home setting.
