Growing up in Southern California, Dr. Kevin Ju rarely saw a dentist as a child, but did spend many hours every day riding his tricycle around his neighborhood while licking a big lollipop. That unhealthy habit led to cavities, and many sleepless nights trying to endure the resulting mouth pain.
Once he started high school, Dr. Ju felt the urge to become a dentist, a feeling that later returned when an old friend suggested that he enter the profession.Let me start by saying I have had some pretty awful experiences at the dentist my whole life.
