Dr. Sean, as his patients know him, is a board-certified pediatric dentist who is a specialist in treating infants, children, and individuals with special health care needs. His training included dental school and two additional years specializing in pediatric dentistry. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center.

Our office, as well as the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) all recommends establishing a "Dental Home" for your child by one year of age. Some children are given nitrous oxide/oxygen, or what you may know as laughing gas, to relax them for their dental treatment. Nitrous oxide/oxygen is a blend of two gases, oxygen and nitrous oxide. Nitrous oxide/oxygen is given through a small breathing mask which is placed over the child's nose, allowing them to relax, but without putting them to sleep.
