Services
NeuroMuscular Therapy
This targeted therapy addresses chronic muscle complaints like jaw pain, breathing difficulties, and range of motion limitations through posture and gait assessment. Therapists work on aggravated muscles and contributing factors to reduce pain and dysfunction. Custom techniques include deep tissue manipulation and trigger point therapy for lasting relief.
Non-Surgical Lymphatic Massage
This specialized technique addresses lymphatic neurovascular restrictions and fascial distortions by assessing major drainage points and tissue compensation patterns. Treatments involve manual lymphatic mapping to reduce swelling and improve fluid flow. Sessions include personalized movement recommendations to support long-term circulatory health.
Burn Scar Massage
Designed for burn survivors, this therapy alleviates itching, swelling, and pain associated with second and third-degree burns. Therapists use gentle yet effective techniques to improve tissue elasticity and reduce nerve irritation. Treatment plans adapt to individual healing stages for optimal scar tissue remodeling.
TMJ and Breathing Dysfunction Therapy
Focuses on relieving jaw pain and popping while addressing related breathing difficulties through muscle re-education. Therapists target myofascial connections affecting temporomandibular joint function. Techniques combine manual therapy with postural adjustments to restore proper breathing mechanics.
Deep Tissue Massage
Utilizes sustained pressure on deep muscle layers to release chronic tension patterns and alleviate pain from injuries or overuse. Therapists address specific concerns like neck, back, and shoulder pain using slow, deliberate strokes. Follow-up sessions focus on maintaining mobility improvements and preventing recurrence.

As a fellow LMT I have been acquainted with Daniel Wampler for several years. He has a very kind and calm healing touch and way of interpersonally relating, listens to your therapeutic needs and concerns, and is gentle, intuitive, thorough, and diverse in the techniques of bodywork he brings to the table.

I've been seeing Sandra for a few months now on a recommendation after my last regular massage therapist moved away. I've got pretty specific pain points and injuries that require more than just a relaxing massage and Sandra has been able to really target those areas and work on getting me more mobile again. Every massage improves my mobility a bit more and I'm really glad I found someone who understands my body. Super happy and definitely recommend.
