In 1999, when Dr. Carl Prior finished his veterinary training at Colorado State University, he practiced at a large clinic near Millcreek Veterinary Clinic and got to know Dr. Foster. When Dr. Foster retired, it was the perfect time for Dr. Prior's practice to expand from Park City into the valley.

My name is Dr. Toshiko Burton. I grew up in Tokyo, Japan where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Rikkyo University. My life took a 180 degree turn when I moved to the U.S. and decided to pursue veterinary medicine. I earned my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University.
