Unprofessional. My mother-in-law had a virtual appointment scheduled on 8/27/21 and they told her it would be between 1-3 pm. What kind of dump is this? Give someone a 2 hour frame to sit around waiting for you? Then 3 pm comes around and she is getting texts to her phone with misspellings saying there is a delay. Making things worse, she ended up not being seen. I will figure out it I can escalate this further.

Terrible office operation, if it even exists. We were given a 2 hour window during which the appointment will take place. Ive never heard of this type of service. To make matters worse, the time passed and she was never seen. When you call the office, no ones picks up. It makes absolutely no sense. 5 hours later and still no response. Is this a real doctors office?
