If it is part of your insurance benefit, your care at Lake Shore Chiropractic may be covered. Know that your insurance benefit is limited by the policy terms.
Payment and Fees

Your private insurance may have chiropractic benefits. Policies can differ vastly in their coverage. We will gladly attempt to look up your coverage when you come in but ultimately it is your responsiblity to know your benefits. You may have a Co-pay, Co-insurance and/or a Deductable. We participate in the major plans such as Independent Health, BlueCross/Blue Shield, Univera, United Health, Medicare and most other major insurers.
