Absolutely horrible. They replaced my roof just 3 years ago. It's leaking and they refuse to fix their own garbage work. Please do yourself a favor and find another company. This has been nothing but a nightmare. I'm out thousands of dollars because of their terrible work. Avoid !!!! Go with any other company.

I can't say enough about Jasper Contractors! They were awesome! My neighbor used Jasper Contractors to replace her roof after Hurricane Irma. I couldn't believe how fast they completed her new roof! They completed the entire roof in 1 day. I called Jasper and spoke with Travis. He came out and gave me an estimate. Jasper put our new roof on last week. Dan Earl handled everything for us. After the hurricane I was told by my insurance that I did not need a new roof. I can not say enough amazing things about the crew with Jasper Roofing! Not only are they amazingly friendly but the work they do is wonderful! They came to start the project at 7 am and were done with a full clean up by noon! They left the house and yard in better shape than when they came! Overall, I was very satisfied with the entire crew. Dan was my salesman, and from the start, he handled everything very efficiently, expediting my insurance claim, and making sure I was kept well informed throughout the entire process. Although it took a little longer than I expected for the work to begin, once it was started, the crew was through in a day, and cleaned up very thoroughly. Dan came back the next day to check on things to make sure I was satisfied, and even searched for any loose roofing nails the crew might have missed! I have no problem recommending him and his crew for roof replacements.

First I want to say everyone can make their own decisions on who the decide to install their roof but please thank twice before using Jasper Contractors. Their sales reps are very persuasive and smooth talking to get your business and then once they get it the service is terrible. First I was told my roof was damaged due to Hurricane Irma then the sales rep told me if I wanted to make sure without a doubt that it would be covered to go on my roof and remove shingles in different places. After waiting 3 months for a roofer that I have used before on several occasions he finally told me that he can't do a pitched roof. But, he gave me the number and name of Jasper Roofing. I called them and within 24 hours they had sent someone over to look at the house in question and get going with the tedious problems of dealing with insurance and the aftermath of a hurricane. Jimmy worked with us and made it happen as quickly as possible.
His customer service was unparalleled. What really impressed me was that he would answer the telephone virtually every time I called him. No one does that anymore. I would highly recommend them if you have an insurance claim to replace your roof. I never ever felt like I was getting the runaround are put on the back burner. Very professional

We had never had to place an insurance claim before. Forrest Bailey worked with our insurance adjuster (no small feat because she was not very helpful) and we had our roof put on this week. The workers were polite and got it finished in one day. I had heard horror stories about property damage from roofers but we had no problems. They cleaned up thoroughly and several neighbors commented on how nice our roof looks. I would recommend Jasper to others and would use them again myself.

Jasper contractor the best. Very efficient in their roofing installation and quick. They came in into my house at 6:45 A M and they were done by 1:00 o'clock PM. Good job performance to include clean up after job completion. Jasper management kept me informed on all details and instructions by email. I highly appreciated their coordinator Mike Campbell.

Once our roof was damaged with the hurricane Irma, we trusted Jasper Construction Company to do the repairs and coordinated through Mike Campbell. He was a very interesting young guy. We were very happy to deal with him. He explained all the repairs that they are planning on our roof and promised to do an upgrade worth of $ 530 for as little as $150. That was a very good relief for me. I am very happy to work with them. I would highly recommend Jasper Construction Company to my friends and neighbors.

A lot of these storm chaser contractors are pushy and seem like used car salesmen. This is not the case with Jasper. They had a guy named Mike Campbell that helped me understand the insurance coverage and what I needed to do for my claim. Really helpful and friendly. There is this knock on my door and I don't usually go to the door, but this time I am So happy that I did. These people have come to my house over 5 times, telling me about a law In florida for roof replacement (and they could not cite the law - Its statute 611.1.1 in case that helps you guys, and it was misrepresented in how it was explained to me) and coaching me on what to say when/if an insurance adjuster comes out. Fraudulent, and the next time they step foot on my property I'll be calling the police for trespassing.

They get a 1 star only because there isn't an opportunity for negative stars. Stopped at the house to tell me about insurance covering the damage to my roof. Told them I had already talked to insurance and they would not replace roof, just shingles, due to the age of the roof. He told me he could get it replaced if I signed a contract to let them do the work AND he was with me when I talked to insurance. When I told him I needed time to lol the contract over, he did leave but has been back several times along with almost daily Jasper salespeople stopping and knocking on my door. This company

Roofers have now arrived to repair the leaking roof that Jasper Roofing refused to repair after their original new roof installation. They refused to honor the new roof warrantee.
We had a major leak. The leak was coming from the area around the chimney. When the roof area was examined it was discovered the area around the chimney was not finished and the examiner was able to put his hand and arm down the side of the chimney below the shingle line.
