Meet the Staff

It all stated with night classes when I was in the Air Force. I passed the New York CPA exam in 1974 and then moved that certificate to Virginia in 1976. In 1976 I moved to Philip Morris USA (PM) as an Executive Trainee and Cost Manager. When I left PM, I was the Lead Accountant on the construction of a new billion dollar cigarette manufacturing facility.

Our offices can be reached in minutes from any area of Metro Richmond via I-95, I-64 or I-295. Take the Mechanicsville Turnpike East (Tappahannock) exit from I-295.

Baughan's prepares 1040EZ, 1040A and 1040 returns. We do resident, non-resident and partial year returns. As part of this process our software calculates estimated tax payments, if needed, for the coming year. We take time to explain your tax position and ways you can improve the picture either this year or in the future.
