My experience was incredible with Mr. Robert Katz and his team. I had never been through the process of a lawsuit before, and was very unsure and nervous about how to go about the situation. On the first phone conversation with him he was very reassuring about me having a proper case. He walked me through the process step by step which put my concerns to rest. He was in constant communication with me until the end. His assistant Griselda was very helpful as well in helping me keep in contact with Mr. Katz. He was able to settle my case. I had Susan firlds represent me on a works comp injury I had I had to fire her
do to I could never reach I spoke and dealt with her secretary Susy most of the time, which i have to say she is very nice and profesional, also Susan did not do anything in regards to appointments she just schechuled 1 apointment, I had to do all the calling and running around trying to get doctors who could see me and she wanted me to take a low ball offer from insurance way before I had everything diagnosed with me and she would also forget things that we had talked about constantly i had to remind her of
