Our 4-bedroom drive-under apartments offer 1,840 square feet of modern living space designed for students. Each unit features private bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, in-unit washer/dryer, and wireless internet access. Split-Level Apartment
Our 1,400 square foot split-level apartments feature modern layouts with strategically separated living spaces. These units include private bedrooms with individual locking doors, modern kitchen appliances, and dedicated study areas. Wonderful three year experience at Venlo Apartments! Property manager always took care if I had any issues or needed anything and maintenance always came when I had a problem in the apartment! Definitely sad to move out!

Venlo was a great place to live the past 3 years. The staff is friendly, the maintenance is timely, and the apartments are beautiful inside. There are occasional events at the office you can attend if you're looking to meet other residents (not since covid ), and complaints are addressed seriously. The lease is straightforward. The conditions are very clear. No legalese to confuse you. Very easy to abide by the rules. My fiancee an I lived in building "Emma", apt. 43, and I loved the nature view we had out the back windows. The kitchen is great. If you're moving in, I recommend asking your

Absolute garbage. They say you get what you pay for but I pay over $500 a month while the baseboards & trim are falling off, showers dont stay warm, dryer doesnt work, holes in the walls, and apartment nasty upon move in. Dont do it. Biggest mistake I ever made.

None of the either net outlets work in the entire apartment, put in a work order last semester to get our cable fixed, still doesnt work 4 months later, wifi is buns and im paying way to much for this...

Rent appeared to be $517 per month but was set up in installments which was not explained to me. "Rent" ended up being closer to $650 per month without utilities. That should be illegal to advertise $517 "rent" and I pay $700 per month after untilites and there are 4 people that live there. There's no way this place should cost $2,800 per month, there are many hiden fees and then I was double charged rent for a month and the office showed not concern or rush to get my money back even though they over charged my account and costed me money and offered no solution. They take a year to fix anything
