Highly recommend this place for any athlete needing massage therapy. I have always been very active and am consistly training in the gym 5 to 6 days a week. I also have a desk job to where I am on a computer at least 8 hours a day. So you can imagine the amount of tension I have that gets built up in my muscles. Trish is absolutely amazing. She takes her time, doesn't miss anything, helps you focus on breathing when working a difficult area not to mention she is such a sweet person. I have been searching for a great massage therapist for years and she checks all the boxes. Go see her she is awesome

Trisha is hands down one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to. She is very professional and thorough. You can tell that she has such a passion for what she does and for making people feel better... after all, that is what it's all about! I will not go to anyone else other than her and Raquel in Charlotte. The only time I see anyone else is while out of town and getting spa services that include massage. I hold them in such high regard. You should absolutely try them out... you will be hooked! Nothing else compares! Thank you Trisha for making me feel brand new every time I see you

Raquel is simply the best therapist in Charlotte. I moved here from Texas where i had an exceptional therapist and was very disappointed as i tried several others before finding Raquel. She knows bodies!! She will work with you to correct issues and is very attentive to your individual needs. If you are looking for a massage therapist that will not only relax your muscles and body, but perform true body work, look no further than Raquel.

I would encourage anyone looking for a long term massage group, to become a regular at The Art of Massage. I have been a regular now for 3 years, and the benefits are so therapeutic for me. Going to someone who understands my body and the impact of stress, computer work, golfing, and exercise is rewarded by fewer muscle problems, and tightness through my shoulder and back areas.

The ART OF MASSAGE in charlotte NC is the best massage experience I have had in the past 18 years. I have tried different locations around the Charlotte area and this is ....hands down... THE BEST !!
