Flynn, Py & Kruse is one of the oldest law firms in Ohio. It has played a prominent role in the history of Erie County and has been the preeminent law firm in the region for many years. Judge King was born in Medina County in 1850 and became a lawyer in 1873, thereafter serving for two years as Medina County prosecutor before coming to Erie County.

He graduated from Huron High School in 1970. Bogden attended Wichita State University where he graduated in 1973 and received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. While attending WSU, Bogden was a 4 year lettermen for the Shocker football team and was selected as one of the team captains his senior year.

A Sandusky native, Mr. Garman is passionate about serving the members of his community with estate and tax planning, post-mortem trust and estate administrations, and corporate and real estate transactions.

He counsels clients on estate and tax planning matters, including last will and testaments, revocable and irrevocable trust agreements, estate, gift, GST, and fiduciary income taxation planning, and estate planning for retirement accounts, including IRAs and 401(k)s.Mr. Garman also assists clients with entity formation and selection and represents clients in corporate and real estate transactions.
