I had HORRIBLE sciatic pain (could barely walk), after a few sessions with Craig I feel fantasticccc and able to workout again. Craig LISTENS and doesn't just jump to an immediate eval. As well, I use tips from his program The Office Effect. Run or crawl to Z Line Fitness, your body will thank you!

I was referred to Craig by my physical therapist after having spinal surgery. I’ve been seeing him for over 5 months, and the progress I’ve made is remarkable. He is an absolute guru. Not only did he give me the confidence and tools necessary to weather the inevitable flare-ups from surgery, my overall pain has virtually disappeared due to his strengthening exercises and the wonderfully versatile sessions he provides. His ability to pinpoint exactly the imbalance or problem and provide corrective techniques is miraculous!

Craig Zuckerman is a bodyworker/trainer/pilates instructor that you can stay with. First, he's an ex-dancer so his body has been through rigors and stresses few people have. Next, he's highly empathetic. He asks questions and really listens, and he remembers -- then works with you to eliminate any pain, imbalances, and weakness. Next, he gets referrals from several noted surgeons and orthopedic MD's and physical therapists, patients who often have, after months and years of pain, finally become pain-free with Craig's treatments. Next, he is intimately familiar with the names

10 star really.
Craig is one of those people that understands the body. He understands there are different shapes, sizes, conditions, injuries, etc. and can adjust his workouts to tailor each individual. Most therapy sticks to a basic formula. Craig will change on the fly to make the movement or exercise right for you. I have worked with Craig for over 5 years. Not only as a previous spine patient, but as a health care practitioner taking care of spine patients, I know quality when I see it.
