Palatine Ridge Counseling

At Palatine Ridge Counseling, we build our client relationships on trust. When working with adolescents and their families, we use a unique approach. We involve a two-person therapist team. One therapist works directly with the adolescent. A second therapist works with the adolescent's parents and sometimes counsels the parents and adolescent together.

Everyone faces challenges in life. Sometimes, these challenges require digging into ourselves and finding ways to think and act differently. Whether you are struggling to communicate with your partner, are grieving the loss of a loved one, or are coping with feelings of low-self worth, therapy may be the key to moving forward in a healthier and happier way.

Our team is led by a licensed marriage and family therapist with expertise in helping couples and families navigate challenges and learn skills that strengthen and improve relationships and emotional well-being. Relationships take work. Bringing two individuals together, who have two different perspectives, experiences, and lifestyles is not always simple.
