Hidden gem. It might be easy finding a good orthodontist in the bay, but Dr Bulucea is not only a great orthodontist, she is a caring one! Dr bulucea is teaming with my dentist and my surgeon for a complex orthodontist project, she is a trustworthy person and she actually cares for her patients.

We have been coming here for 2 years. Service was great under Michelle Dean, unfortunately she no longer works in the Cupertino office. Since then, it's been poor customer service and patient satisfaction. The one star review is specifically for Geraldine Gerges, she is HORRIBLE. We were told in January that our daughter had a cavity. Due to COVID-19, our appointment was rescheduled several times to Dec 15th. It then somehow moved to Dec 1st (without my permission). She now had 3 cavities? Where? She did not show me on xray. First, they take ADVANCE payment for your portion? What is this an ER
