It’s like living in a college dorm, management is downright rude and extremely nosy. The trim in the apartment is equivalent to that of a Casey’s bathroom and the ceiling seems to get worse and worse each month because of moisture. The apartments and tenants are obviously an afterthought and money is the only thing these people care about. If you plan on living in a nice low cost apartment complex go somewhere else.

Would avoid renting here. Had leaking bathroom ceiling the whole time we lived there (actually had part of the ceiling fall into the tub at one point). The bathroom constantly had water on the floor from the ceiling leaking. Worn carpets. Roaches. One of the two dryers doesn't work. The apartment we were being moved into changed and the one we were put in wasn't very well cleaned or repaired. We paid pet deposits and left the apartment squeaky clean. Still were changed over $700 in pet damage after move out. We've always gotten deposits back because of how well we clean and take

I've been trying to call and talk to someone about leasing this apartment for the past week... They don't answer and they tell you to leave a message but don't call you back which is very irritating to say the least. I've been to the office three times and knock on several doors and no one answers or is there... It's getting ridiculous at this point... I just need an apartment and Im willing to throw money at them but if you can't even contact the office online or in person then they're losing customers. Good luck to anybody else tho.

One of the waste management. They have taken my advance and submitted all the documents necessary for the rent of an apartment. At last they told they don't have any apartments. I thought to leave it. To return our advance they have taken more than 3 months. Such a worst people. Every alternative day me n my friend used to go for our advance, they used to say today and tomorrow, which never used to come. Finally after arguing more than 3 months we got our advance. Such a worst management. I never suggest FJC to anyone.

They over charge for a small 2 bed room apartment. What they show online isnt what they actually have. They dont have a down payment but then you pay $200 for a "fee". You also pay $40 for an application "fee" and you have to pay for garbage. All said and done your looking at close to $1000 a month for these small apartments that arent taken care of and are supposed to be $600 a month for. There isnt a landlord there 24/7 to deal with any problems you may have.
