Dr. Jarrett Grunstein, Chiropractic Physician and owner of Grunstein Family Chiropractic Center, located in the heart of Livingston, was born and raised in Essex County, NJ. He attended Emory University in Atlanta, GA for his undergraduate studies and completed his undergraduate work at Naropa University in Boulder, CO with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Yoga.

Chiropractic (Chiro=hand; Practic=practitioner) is a system of care whereby the doctor of chiropractic employs a number of methods to evaluate the joints of the spine. When the spinal joints get stuck (fixated), localized pain in the area can result. Further, a reflex exists whereby the fixated joint will cause the surrounding musculature to tighten and also become irritated.
