Since Matt Dubin graduated from the University of Washington Law School in 1995, Seattle has changed a lot. The Kingdome has been replaced with Safeco and Century Link Fields. We have more buildings, more bike lanes, and so many more people, but we don't have any more roads. This has resulted in some of the worst traffic in the nation, and a growing number of serious motor vehicle accidents.
