Services
Neuromuscular Therapy
This deep-tissue treatment targets muscle spasms and trigger points through concentrated pressure applications. Our therapists address six physiological factors contributing to pain patterns, including ischemia, nerve compression, and postural distortions. Specialized technique resolves chronic pain conditions like low back pain and sciatica while restoring natural movement patterns.
Myofascial Release
Manual therapy addresses fascia restrictions causing pain and limited mobility. Therapists apply sustained pressure to reorganize connective tissue fibers, eliminating pain while improving range of motion. Effective for chronic pain syndromes resulting from postural imbalances or past injuries affecting the myofascial system.
Sports Massage
Customized treatments enhance athletic performance and prevent sports-related injuries. Focused work addresses common issues like IT band syndrome and plantar fasciitis while accelerating recovery from sports injuries. Regular sessions maintain muscular flexibility and joint mobility for both professional athletes and recreational exercisers.
Kinesio Taping
Specialized taping technique provides muscle and joint support without restricting movement. Applications reduce pain and inflammation while facilitating the body's natural healing processes. Used effectively for knee pain, shin splints, and other musculoskeletal conditions requiring ongoing muscular support between therapy sessions.
Trigger Point Therapy
Focused pressure treatments address hyperirritable muscle spots causing localized and referred pain. This method resolves tension patterns responsible for headaches, TMJ pain, and repetitive motion injuries. Patients experience reduced muscle tightness and improved circulation following targeted trigger point deactivation.

Report
This Neuromuscular massage is 100x better than your ordinary feel-good back scratch massage. It is a truly incredible experience that reduced my pain and stiffness significantly! I went to William and in one session he alleviated about 85% of my debilitating stiffness and pain! I feel so much better now and continue to feel better every day. My neck, upper back, both shoulders, and lower back were so stiff and painful after I had an arthroscopy done on my left shoulder. I was doing Physical Rehabilitation for months, but aside from increasing my strength and mobility slightly, it did not alleviate
