Hi! I'm Tiffany Meeder, founder and owner of SoFla Aqua Fitness. As a South Florida native and competitive swimmer for nearly twenty years, my love for the water came naturally! After over a decade of coaching and teaching swim lessons, I realized the need for lessons to be done at the convenience of your home!

At SoFla Aqua Fitness, we believe in teaching lessons in a fun, interactive, and positive way. Each lesson is tailored to you or your child's specific needs and goals. Skills are never forced, but are encouraged through positive reinforcement and repetition. Lessons are taught at the convenience of your home or neighborhood pool!

Each child learns at a different rate! A number of different factors come into play when learning how to swim such as comfort level, age, fears, and willingness to try new skills. Children with fears of the water, have been using flotation devices, or have never been exposed to the water will take a bit longer, since overcoming fears and learning proper body position is a must before learning how to swim.

Hands down the best swimming instructors around! We used Miss Tiffany 3 years ago with my older daughter and we are currently using Miss Daphne with my younger daughter! They are so sweet and patient and my girls love them! I cannot believe how quickly my younger one has progressed. Nothing better than knowing that my girls are safe in the water!
