Dr. Lynda Purdy uses a variety of techniques to fit the individual. Not everyone likes or responds well to snap, crackle, pop! This is available for those that DO want it but for those that don't there are drop table, activator tool (not activator method) and low force techniques such as: reciprocal synergistic muscle release, PNF, MET, taping and energy techniques at the doctor's disposal.
