I moved into this complex over four months ago and can't say enough good things about it. The apartments are nice, clean, and spacious. I even saw an apartment that had someone new move in across from me where they replayed all the flooring it before the new tenants moved in. Even though COVID-19 has put a damper on things, the communication from Roxy in the office has been great and Bill has been fantastic as well, including fixing things that break very quickly. I'm so glad I live here and don't plan to leave anytime soon.

Wow I never thought I'd be able to live here and when I talked to the previous manager she was just as nice and helpfull, then the apartments changed owners and I thought oh boy now it's all going to change, but they surprised me with a new manager who is friendlier then the last one believe it or not, more caring and helpful, I couldn't believe my luck cause usaully with new owners everything changes and usaully for the worse but I was proved wrong and I'll admit it, cause things started to change for the better, new asphalt a lot better furnace filters, which doesn't really matter to anyone but

I absolutely love The Reserves! I've always felt pleasantly welcomed here from day one, it's safe and very homey for my family and I! The apartment manager Roxy is absolutely amazing, she's so very kind and helpful, and maintenance is always right on any problem! My neighbors are very nice and I feel a great sense of community here! I consider this my perfect home, and I'm looking forward to growing with my family here in the years to come!! :)

The Prairie Glen Reserves is without a doubt one of the best apartment complexes in this area. It is SAFE, (very important to me) it's clean, and the grounds are well kept and attractive. Any maintenance ever needed is quick, and that can be priceless! I really enjoy having friends and family over for get togethers or just to stop for coffee! Sandra AKA Rebecca :)

I lived here many years ago. I moved into the Reserves in 2006, and the units were still fairly new. The property was well maintained and across the street from the park. I had a handful of issues with the property manager (under new management now). Neighbors were quiet, with one or two exceptions but they didn’t stay long. Property had a playground and pool, which was nice and also well taken care of in warm months. I did not have any major maintenance issues, but would have notes on my door warning of upcoming inspections or telling of maintenance replacing furnace filters, etc. Overall, it

I really loved my apartment and the community, however when I moved out, I shampooed carpets and painted and cleaned for days and left it better than when I moved in. I waited for my deposit, called and was told it was up to corporate and to just wait. It never came!! So disappointed in the move out experience:(
