Nice property and units, secure access, elevator, pet friendly. Pool, community room, workout room and yoga studio available. Office staff are friendly and maintenance responds to inquires quickly. Only negative complaint we have is about the concrete surrounding the garages, which is not the managements fault, contractor/construction did a poor job with leveling. Rain and snow melt run into our garage causing excess water and/or freezing the garage door closed in the winter.

I have never had a bad experience with the citadel apartments. I currently have been living in their Capitol Ave ones. Their apartments are very large and spacious we have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and its three times larger then our last living place. Aprox. 1,300sq ft. They allow 2 pets per apartment too with no pet rent! They keep the apartments well taken care of and clean in public areas. Another thing is if you need Maitence done it is done quickly and efficiently. The managers are very nice and communication with them is easy and a good experience.

Best apartment I've had yet. I travel a lot so having a decent place to stay is a priority and Citadel did not disappoint. Staff has been very friendly and extremely accommodating. to my needs. Would recommend this place to anyone. Clean, Quiet and Comfortable.

Literally the most terrible apartment experience I have had. I travel for work, and I relocate every three months. The only good thing about my experience here was that it only lasted three months. The walls are literally paper thin and you can hear everything on every side of you. The management office is less than professional. I paid $1,200 in deposits, they sent me a check after move out for just over $600. I did I final inspection before leaving and everything was signed off at good. I reached out and they sent me a check for $60. They charged me $140 because they said they had to sweep the

Very nice apartments. Friendly staff and neighbors. If something isn't right when you move in they will for sure make it right. If you need maintenance to come to your apartment they will follow up with you the same day and get it done. Love these apartments!
