The caregiver work is slower paced, One-On-One Care, and often times less hectic a pace and demanding than Nursing Home/Facility and Hospital work. Tender Hearts at Home Senior Care has excellent opportunities for Caregivers, STNAs, CNAs, and HHAs across the Cincinnati, South Dayton, and Northern Kentucky areas.

Our Process

The first step in our process is a Free In-Home Assessment where care will be rendered. During the meeting we learn about you, your family, and the type of care your family member needs. We also answer any questions you may have related to senior care options. If appropriate, we will work with you to build an in-home care plan for your loved one.
Our Systems

We listen to you and your needs and have you and your family participate in the selection of the right caregiver. Special patented time keeping system where all caregivers must check in and out from their clients home phone. Many of our Clients have memory issues, some have formal diagnoses of Alzheimer's and Dementia.
